- Primary engineer\admin for production infrastructure, including: Windows 2008\2012 servers, IIS webservers, DNS, SSL, load balancers, SQL, Active Directory, Linux, VMware ESXi, AWS, firewalls, switches, and storage.
- Configuring and managing Barracuda load balancers in lab and production environments; as well as migrating websites and services to them.
- Designing and building the network infrastructure for new office location, including firewalls; switches; VLANs; VOIP phones; and site to site VPNs.
- Planning and managing all aspects of the office relocation for IT, including network; servers; phones; badge system; security camera system; RFPs and vendor management, resulting in zero downtime for the company.
- Removing bottlenecks and single points of failure in Production networks and systems.
- Building new SAN infrastructure including Nimble Storage array, switches (iSCSI), and VMware.
- Managing and troubleshooting replication of production systems to remote datacenter for disaster recovery.
- Upgrading and expanding SQL infrastructure as well as improving automated processes and backups.
- Evaluating, consolidating, and replacing existing monitoring applications and services.
- Working with developers to improve build servers and optimize existing processes.
